We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

STRAIGHT SALE OFFER WITH 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

By ordering a product on lavitou.com as a straight sale offer, you pay the price as clearly stated on the checkout or order page (plus shipping & handling fee and applicable tax or VAT) and you have 30-days to return if unsatisfied with the product for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price less the S&H fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, you will have 15 days to return the product. As always, the customer service email can be found by visiting the CONTACT US page on lavitou.com

You must write the RMA number outside the package. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges for returned products and will not be reimbursed.

TRIAL OFFERS

When you initiate a trial of any product offered on a Try Before You Buy basis, we will send you one unit of the selected product after you pay a shipping and handling (S&H) fee. This fee may vary depending on your region and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

You have 20 days to try the product, starting from the day your order is placed. If you do not cancel by the end of the 20-day trial period, your payment method will be charged on Day 21 for the retail price of the product, as stated on the product page in USD or the equivalent in your local currency.


If you decide not to continue, contact us during the trial period via the customer service email found on the CONTACT US page at www.lavitou.com, and return the product (even if used). You will not be charged beyond the initial S&H fee.


If you keep the product beyond the trial period, you will be enrolled in a monthly subscription, and a new unit will be delivered every 30 days at the same price. You may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting customer service.


If you are located in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at the email listed on the CONTACT US page.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, for any reason. To do so, contact us using the email listed on the CONTACT US page.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
